Not-signed. Ursan already got nerfed unnecessarily, and doesn't need any more nerfings.
GW is an extremely easy game even without Ursan, so nerfing it accomplishes nothing other than to reduce player options and fun choices to play the game with.
Don't like Ursan, then don't use it. End of story.

omg omg why can't i use ursan blessing when i go to heroes ascent or random arenas??? i have it in my bar but when i go to click it in the match it won't let me!!! it becomes invisible!!! does my keyboard not work? (lol)

i agree, and i like your post phoenix tears...exactly what i was thinking.
it is a skill [we as the players] don't need to play all day long. there are so many other things to do in the game to either make money or play for fun or competitively---not sit around and form a boring pug and press 123 (and sometimes 4) for a living. if we feel like it, we go back and do it till it gets boring fast again....

laaaaaaaaaaaaawl really. so we monks can't use seed of life in the elite dungeon? and sunspear rebirth sig in cantha and tyria for vanquishing? and to think all along i have been using both of these skills outside "in the following noted areas"......is that considered hax? :x lol
these skills become part of our skill listing, equippable but maybe not as effective (such as using lightbringer's gaze on some insects or humans--won't hit off) in some areas is what you mean, so it would be recommended to edit your post milan...it just isn't true ._.' but if you are trying to sign for the game to function that way in every way, shape, and form, then we can just throw all our "pve only" skills away and never use any of them again.
OH...and guys...if you don't like ursan so much, form your own non-ursan teams and go do DoA, UW, FoW HM without it. then there wouldn't always be an argument thread [AND argument in kamadan or lions arch at 2 am] about petitioning to get UB nerfed or rid of it. easy as that, right? less complaining, more taking charge?

All I have to say is, with a nerf to ursan it will bring back creativity in PvE. Sad to see 80% of the GW population running one skill when there's hundreds of skills out there, GW never needed PvE only skills.
Also we can end this LF ursans R10+ crap in PvE.

As always, since it's a "Replace all skills" effect, the only change I see fit for it is to ignore armor inherent and upgrade properties and primary attribute of the character.
Nothing else. Not just nerfing, keeping the differences bwetween professions, not limiting it ot 20 areas in a game that has more than 1000 as if it where a Mission-specific Skill, nothing else.

Ursan should be nerfed, cause it ruins the rarity of certain items in game....now all dreadnoobs are able to farm rare drops by simply button bashing the ursanway...so yes pls nerf or make it area restricted

wut if we nerf ursan so that its still jus as easy, but it takes longer?
i.e. so that u cant upkeep it 24/7
downtime = slower runs = pointless to farm wit
so that u can run ursan in uw/fow/doa and have jus as an easy time...
except that ur runs will take 1/2hr-1hr longer than it does now cuz of downtime
im not sayin it'll take forever to finish fow...
im jus sayin roughly teh same amount of time as ur average balanced fow group

while i agree with most of you that running uB in 100% of areas is boring and challenge in PVE would be nice to have again, imo the reason that UB is there is to give the unwanted in PUGS classes the ablility to do elite areas that were not accesible to them at 1st. with the whole HOM statue deal, if my main would be an assasin, that character would never be able to have any ofteh following states:
FOW
UW
DOA
Deep
Urgoz
and while most dungeons can be beat with heros+henchies or 2 people with heros, some dungeons such as Dunkan, Frostmaw on HM etc need actual people to be there. Sure now everyone will say "you n00b i beat dunkan HM and UW clear HM with henchies" but dont forget not everyone who plays this game is an impeccable pro at it.
since you cannot hench/hero those, and not everyone is lucky enouth to have a guild group that is into all those things, some people have been in their guilds since day 1, made good friends, enjoy GC etc, and it is not HOM that will make them quit it and join strangers that might not even be willing to take an assasin in the DOA.
UB lets people who like their main characters have access to places where previously only the "holy trinity" were accepted. If Anet really intends to give a bonus to people with a complete HOM in GW2, the UB is the only way how classes such as Assasins, Dervishes, Mesmers and even Ritualists would be able to have those monuments in their HOM and really, just do Elite areas.
As example, my friend's main character is a masmer, he would not want to play his Monk or Necro in a place where his mesmer needs his monument from because he only enjoys playing mesmer, and wants to have access to those areas on his favorite character. Most of those areas are not PUGable since the henchies cannot have the correct builds, are too low level or are not even present in outpust. and after all he would probably get really bored of the game if he had to play all alone all the time and would end up quitting. He wants his mesmer to have all those areas finished, Why not?
